Message	and harness when you had the lower manifold off? If not and it is defective after checking the connections and ohms to be sure the sensor is bad you can do the sensor bypass. Not as good as OEM location but not bad. I believe TTer Bernie(Nova) has a bypass kit. ZUL8TR in Orlando,FL
